Pepper grading at the Malabar Spice Reserve processing house

Safe product.
Traceable to the estate.

APEDA-registered and Spices Board-certified. The documentation that clears customs in London, Dubai and Singapore — included as standard.

Quality & compliance

Grown, graded and certified by the same family.

Because we grow what we sell, quality control starts in the field — not in a warehouse — and is maintained to the point of shipment.

01Quality control

Every lot is inspected for moisture content, volatile oil, bulk density, foreign matter and extraneous material — verified against the Spices Board specification and international buyer requirements before packing.

02Full traceability

We grow, process and ship from our own estate and a closely managed grower network on the Malabar Coast. Every carton can be traced to its block, harvest date and lot number — essential for EU and UK food-safety compliance.

03Single origin

No blending of unknown or mixed origins. Malabar Coast pepper is Malabar Coast pepper — the terroir is part of the product. What is in the sample is what is in the container.

Accreditation

Paperwork that clears customs.

APEDA registration and Spices Board certification mean buyers in London and Dubai can place a second order as confidently as the first.

Spices Board of India certification
Export documentation

Every shipment, fully documented.

As a registered APEDA exporter and Spices Board-certified operation, we provide a full documentation set on every lot.
